1. Sit by the bedside with your lower limbs straight and your feet flat on the ground.
2. Put your feet into the machine, press the soles of your feet tightly against the pedal, and use straps to secure your heels and the front of your feet to prevent them from sliding
3. Inspect the machinery and equipment, confirm the power supply/battery level, and ensure there are no abnormal prompts during the self-check upon startup.
Contraindications:
1.Unhealed fracture (confirmed by a doctor)
2.Severe osteoporosis (avoid excessive stretching)
3.Acute stage of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
4.Damaged or infected areas of the skin
