How to Track Your Order

  1. Enter your Order Number and Email Address used at checkout

  2. Click “Track Order”

  3. View the latest shipping status and delivery progress

Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.


Shipping Status Information

  • Order Processing – Your order is being prepared for shipment

  • Shipped – Your package has been handed over to the carrier

  • In Transit – Your package is on the way to its destination

  • Out for Delivery – Your package is scheduled to arrive soon

  • Delivered – Your order has been successfully delivered


Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email?

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email:

  • Please check your spam or junk folder

  • Make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct

  • Allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking details to appear
