Once your order has been shipped from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on how and where your order was shipped, it will be determined whether your shipment will include a tracking number.

Please note: If your order includes personalised items, processing time may increase by 3 business days. Regardless of the shipping method you select at checkout, we will still need an additional 3 days to process your personalisation.
Customer Responsibilities
For orders shipped to the EU, all applicable duties and taxes will be displayed and charged at checkout. For orders shipped to other countries, once the package reaches its destination, the destination country will impose import duties or similar charges on your order. The recipient must bear additional customs clearance costs. We have no control over and cannot predict this cost. Customs policies vary from country to country and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.
Different Stock Quantities - If you have selected items with different shipping times, we will ship your items once all items are ready.
Order Shipment - While we try to process and ship your order on the same day, this may not be possible due to the following reasons:
Pre-orders - Products that are pre-ordered or not in stock at the time of ordering will be shipped within the period specified on the website
Payment Card Checks - Sometimes we may need to perform additional checks on your payment card, which may delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.
Personalized Items - Items that require personalization (e.g. additional names, numbers, and emblems added) may take up to 3 days to be ready for shipment.
