Our policy is valid for 15 days. If your purchase date has been more than 15 days, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
Our products ship from China and can be shipped worldwide. If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and taxes, which vary depending on the courier you choose. If the product is damaged due to our fault, the customer is not responsible for any shipping costs.
Returns
All items that meet the above conditions are returnable. Returns must be in the same condition as when you received them: undamaged, unaltered, and accompanied by the original tags, packaging (if any), and proof of purchase. Returns that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Refund Only:
If the package was not delivered due to your fault (including but not limited to an incorrect address you provided, the package was refused without contact, etc.), and we have contacted you multiple times but received no response, we can only refund the remaining amount after deducting the shipping fee, minus the $6.99.
Multiple Order Returns
If you need to return items from two or more separate orders, you must initiate and ship a separate return for each order; otherwise, we will not be able to record all returns.
