Please allow up to 20 business days from the time the order leaves our warehouse.
Our couriers provide comprehensive express delivery services. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive after leaving our warehouse. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number and a link to check the package status.
International Shipping
Shipping times will vary depending on the location of your delivery address.
International Standard Shipping: This service may be shipped via a local postal service and may not include a tracking number. If a tracked service is used, your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number and a link to check the package status. Orders typically arrive within 10-20 business days, depending on your location, but may take longer, up to 25 business days from the time the order leaves our warehouse.
International Express: Our couriers offer a full range of express delivery services. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number and a link to check the status of your package. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location, but may take longer, up to 10 business days from the date your order leaves our warehouse.
All Shipments
To use Standard International Shipping, your order must meet the following conditions. If your order does not meet any of the following conditions, Standard Shipping is not available:
· Order weight must not exceed 2 kg
· Order value must not exceed 1,750 yen
· Order dimensions must not exceed 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm
Delivery times may be longer for remote areas. Shipping costs depend on the weight and quantity of your order.
If your order includes personalized items, delivery time may be extended regardless of the shipping service selected. The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.
Customized/personalized orders may use shipping services that do not provide tracking numbers. If you do not receive your order, you must notify us within 40 days of shipment. We cannot guarantee further assistance with any order after 40 business days.

Customs Duties
Unless otherwise stated, all products are shipped from the UK. Customs duties and other charges may apply when entering other countries. Any customs duties, customs clearance, taxes, or carrier service charges are the responsibility of the recipient and we are not responsible.
We cannot provide details of gate restrictions and rates for other countries, as these are determined by their respective governments and may vary by country and even product. If any additional costs are incurred during delivery, our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.
Stock Level Discrepancies
If the stock availability and delivery timeframe for the items you select vary, we will ship your order once all items are available.
Order Shipping

Personalized Items - Items that require personalization (such as adding additional names, numbers, and emblems) may take up to 3 days to be ready for shipment.
