Return and Refund Policy

Before initiating a return or exchange, please read all the return criteria listed below (product packaging, return address, refund conditions, etc.).
Please make sure your order package meets the following conditions, otherwise the order amount may not be refunded to you.

Our policy is valid for 15days. If it has been more than15 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific costs will be subject to the courier you choose. If the goods received are damaged or the information is inaccurate due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the resulting shipping costs.

Some items are not returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines are not returnable. We also do not accept customized products, personal or sanitary items, dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases.

Returns
Items that meet the above conditions can be returned. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and accompanied by original tags, packaging (if any) and proof of purchase. Returns that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
You can also contact our email customer service to verify whether this order is eligible for return.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange the same item, please email rehabifyshop@gmail.com and provide relevant proof.
If the package is lost or seriously damaged due to our fault, affecting the use of the product, we will refund the full amount.

Refund only:
If the package is not delivered due to your fault (including but not limited to the wrong address you provided, the package was refused without contact, etc.), and we have contacted you multiple times without receiving a response, we can only refund the amount other than $6.99 after deducting the shipping cost.

Multiple order returns
If you need to return products from two or more separate orders, you must initiate a separate return for each order and send it back separately, otherwise we will not be able to record all returns.

Refund (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days (usually within three business days after the refund is confirmed).

Delayed or missed refund (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, your refund may take some time to be officially issued.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded, unfortunately special sale items cannot be refunded.
