We ship directly from China through international logistics carriers.

Estimated shipping time is: 7-15 business days.

Please note that shipping time may be extended due to the following uncontrollable factors:

3. Free Standard Shipping Worldwide

We offer free standard shipping to the vast majority of countries and regions worldwide!

Free Shipping Area: We cover most countries and regions worldwide. For some extremely remote areas or special locations, the system may not be able to automatically calculate shipping costs.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send a "Shipping Notification" email to your registered email address containing the tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this tracking number to track your package's location in real time on the 17track.net website.

5. Customs and Duties
Depending on the laws of your destination country, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees upon entry. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

rehabifyshop is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs-related fees. We cannot estimate the exact amount of these fees as policies vary from country to country. We recommend that you consult your local customs authority regarding relevant import policies and potential costs before placing your order.

6. Shipping-Related Issues
Address Incorrectness: Please ensure that the shipping address (including country, city, postal code, and street address) you enter at checkout is completely correct and complete. Rehabifyshop is not responsible for lost, returned, or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipment will incur additional shipping costs.


Lost/Damaged Packages: Although very rare, there is a risk of lost or damaged packages during international shipping. If your package has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in initiating an investigation with the logistics carrier.
