Product Introduction
Designed specifically to improve foot drop, inversion and eversion, it uses a precision mechanical structure to stabilize the ankle joint at the 90° functional position. It corrects abnormal postures, maintains biomechanical balance, prevents joint deformity, and is an ideal choice for daily rehabilitation and protection.

Target audience of the product
- Patients with central nervous system injury: foot and ankle dysfunction caused by hemiplegia due to stroke, brain trauma, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy in children, etc.
- Patients with peripheral neuropathy: such as foot drop and muscle weakness caused by diabetic foot, sciatic nerve injury, etc.
- Patients with myogenic diseases: ankle weakness caused by progressive muscular dystrophy, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), etc.
- Bone trauma and postoperative patients: People with ankle fractures and those who need fixation and functional rehabilitation after Achilles tendon surgery.
- Others: Those with loose joints, ankle arthritis pain that requires support and stability
How to Use
- Gradual Adaptation:Start with 1-2 hours of wear for first-time use, extend duration gradually, and closely monitor skin for redness, abrasions or ulcers.
- Daily Inspection:Check the orthosis inside and out for cracks and wear, and examine skin condition daily.
- Combined Training:AFO is only an auxiliary device. For optimal results and to prevent disuse muscle atrophy, pair it with active rehabilitation training (muscle strength, balance, gait training, etc.).
- Footwear Matching:Wear well-fitted, supportive shoes—flat high-top basketball shoes or rehabilitation shoes are preferred. Never use with slippers or loose-fitting shoes
Contraindications:
1.Unhealed fracture (confirmed by a doctor)
2.Severe osteoporosis (avoid excessive stretching)
3.Acute stage of deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
4.Damaged or infected areas of the skin
Safety tips
- Do not wear if skin is broken, ulcerated or inflamed to avoid worsening injuries.
- Wear with moderate tightness—over-tightening compresses nerves/vessels; over-loosening reduces efficacy.
- Children and the elderly must wear under supervision to prevent slipping or collision.
- Avoid prolonged wear in damp conditions; clean the orthosis and skin promptly after use.
- Remove immediately if pain or numbness occurs; consult a doctor if symptoms persist
