How to Use
- Choose the right resistance: Start with a resistance level that you can easily complete 15 to 20 times.
- Correct grip: Place the grip strengthener completely in the palm of your hand, hold one side with your four fingers together, and keep your thumb naturally on the other side.
- Full grip: Take a deep breath, apply force and knead the grip strengthener at a constant speed until it is completely closed, and hold for 1-2 seconds.
- Slow relaxation: Exhale and release slowly and in a controlled manner until your fingers are fully extended.
- Number of sets and repetitions: It is recommended to do 15 to 25 repetitions per set, with 2 to 3 sets for each hand. Train 3 to 4 days a week.
