🟢Product usage

1. Apply a hot towel to your wrist for 5 minutes or do gentle bare-handed stretches
2. Fix the forearm and use the device to drive the wrist to flex, extend and rotate
3. Take 5 to 10 minutes each time, 2 to 3 times a day, and gradually increase the Angle
4. Follow the screen prompts to complete the actions, and the sensor will correct incorrect postures in real time.
5. Post-training treatment: Use ice packs and relaxation massages

⚠Precautions

1.It is contraindicated for patients with acute infection, unhealed fractures and severe osteoporosis.
2. Adhere to the "painless principle", with a pain score not exceeding 3/10. The appropriate intensity should be no persistent soreness upon waking up the next morning.
3. Combine cold and hot compresses with brace protection.
4. Regular assessment: Review joint range of motion and muscle strength every two weeks and adjust the plan accordingly.
5. If severe pain, numbness or increased swelling occurs during training, stop immediately.
