How to Use

1.Preparation for Wearing
Align the yellow support grooves of the fingerboard with your fingers, and ensure each finger fits naturally into the groove (following the curve of your palm). -
2.Secure the Straps
Wrap the black Velcro straps around your fingers and the fingerboard one by one. Tighten gently until it’s secure but not tight (to avoid pressing on fingers and affecting blood circulation). -
3.Applicable ScenariosWear it directly during daily rest;
- Keep it on throughout sleep (no need to remove it) to help maintain the correct resting posture of your fingers.
- 4.Pair with Training
It can be used with hand function rehabilitation training in daily life. After wearing, just keep your fingers relaxed—no extra effort is needed.
