How to Use
1. Place on a flat smooth surface, press the suction cup to fix firmly;
2. Adjust height for comfortable grip with arms hanging naturally;
3. Set resistance via tension knob (start with low gear initially);
4. Hold the handle with one or both hands, rotate 360° slowly (10-15 times/set, 2-3 sets/day) at a constant speed;
5. Loosen the knob and unlock the suction cup for storage after use.
